End User License Agreement

                IMPORTANT: By downloading, installing, or using the MapRabbit mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
            

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, MapRabbit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the MapRabbit application solely for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works of the application
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the application
Use the application for any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited purpose
Distribute, sell, lease, rent, lend, or sublicense the application to third parties
Use the application in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers

3. Data Collection and Usage

The application collects location data and other information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to such collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.1 Location Data

The application requires access to your device's location services to provide tracking functionality. This data may be transmitted to our servers and shared with authorized users (such as event organizers or coaches) as per the application's intended functionality.

3.2 Data Retention

We retain your data as necessary to provide services and as required by law. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

                DISCLAIMER: THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
            

4.1 GPS Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, GPS and location services can be affected by various factors including weather, terrain, device limitations, and satellite availability. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of location data.

4.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the application will be available at all times or that it will function without interruption, errors, or security vulnerabilities.

5. Limitation of Liability

                LIMITATION: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MAPRABBIT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
            

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid for the application (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

5.1 Safety and Emergency Situations

The application is not intended for emergency situations. Do not rely solely on the application for safety, navigation in dangerous conditions, or emergency response. Always carry appropriate safety equipment and use common sense.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

6.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the application in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

6.3 Privacy of Others

If you use the application to track other individuals, you must have their explicit consent and comply with all applicable privacy laws.

The application and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of MapRabbit. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, service marks, or logos.

The application may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to export or re-export the application in violation of such laws.
